These departments include the General Administration of Exploration and the General Administration of Production, which is responsible for implementing the stages of upstream oil operations, namely exploration and production. The General Administration of Operations, Maintenance and Refineries also represents an important tributary to completing production operations and implementing the stages of downstream oil operations. .
The support of technical departments also plays an important role in completing the company’s work, which is represented by the General Department of Information Technology, the General Department of Engineering and Projects, the General Department of Logistics, Transport and Services, the General Department of Finance and Human Resources, and the General Department of Legal Affairs. There is also a group of technical and service support departments and committees, namely the Planning and Follow-up Department, the Internal Audit Department, the Health, Safety and Environment Department, the Industrial Security Department, the Management Committee Affairs Department, the Ganfouda Site and the Tripoli Office, the Field Development Committee, the Bidding Committee and other committees supporting the company’s work.
